"Green Soup"


Lauren’s “Green Soup”
Grilled Shrimp and Tomato Salad from Mark Bittman’s How to Cook Everything,p.120

Green Soup
1 cucumber chopped
2 avocados
1 small bunch green onions
1 small bunch cilantro
juice of 1 lime
1 cup yogurt or sour cream
Water
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop vegetables and add to bowl with yogurt and a little water. Blend with hand blender and add more water to desired
consistency.
